On Tuesday 15th September we held our last Garden event for the 2009 season, a RHS Growing for Success Talk with guest speaker Tim Miles.  The evening proved to be very successful and visitors left enthralled and inspired after Tim’s mouth-watering talk on the ‘Delights of the Kitchen Garden’, with specific emphasises on growing our own fruit and vegetables.  The event was kindly supported by Inver Garden Centre, Millbrook.  We very much look forward to hosting another RHS Growing for Success talk next year alongside our other exciting events - An Events List for 2010 will be available soon.

The Walled Garden officially closes for the season at the end of September but we are very excited about re-opening in December for a very special guest, Father Christmas and his team of reindeer, elves and post mistresses.  Children and adults alike can enjoy this enchanting Christmas Event until the 22nd December were they will have the opportunity to visit Father Christmas in his Garden Cottage and receive a traditional gift and souvenir photograph.  For further information or to book please click on EVENTS.
