Opening Times & Admission Information

The Walled Garden and Tea Room are open every day from May until September.  This year we shall be open from Friday 6th April, with our Annual Tulip Festival, taking place 5-7th May, marking the Walled Garden's official opening for the season.

The garden is open from 10am until 5pm daily, except Sundays when we open from 12 noon to 6pm.  (Last admissions to the garden are 30 minutes before the advertised closing time).

Daily Garden Admission:

Adult £5
Child £2.50

Season Pass:

Adult £15
Family £30 (2 Adults & 2 Children)

The Castle is also occasionally open to the public. Please see the Castle page for future opening dates. We also welcome Group Visits to the Castle at other times subject to availability.

We regret that dogs are not permitted in The Walled Garden, with the exception of guide dogs
