Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

1. Bookings are allocated to time slots for 4 adults and 4 children per booking slot – should you wish for additional tickets you will need to contact the Estate Office with your booking reference. We ask that bookings are allocated to the same household or they must be in line with current guidelines surrounding COVID-19. Bookings cannot be separated into another time slot.

2. Due to COVID-19 and restrictions on event capacity, please arrive at Glenarm Castle no earlier than 30 minutes and no later than 15 minutes before the time noted on your confirmation to allow sufficient time to check in.

3. Email Confirmation must be shown on arrival.

4. If you arrive late you may miss your allocated time slot and may have to wait until the end of the night. Please allow sufficient time to get to the event.

Cancellation Policy

5. Tickets are only available via Glenarm Castle website. Any person who cannot identify themselves as linked to the purchaser of the ticket may be refused admission.

6. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the event by the Event Organisers. If you cannot make the event you can sell on your tickets to another family but please contact the office to let us know as we will require the new booking details.

7. Do not visit if showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in recent contact with those who are positive or showing symptoms. Staff and visitors temperature will be checked on arrival. Anyone with a high temperature will get their temperature checked twice – if their temperature still remains high they will not be granted access to the event & the event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.

Event Conditions

9. The Event Organisers reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a visitor without refund for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance.

10. The Event Organisers reserves the right to alter the programme as necessary.

11. The Event Organisers do not accept responsibility for any loss, injury or damage to persons/property on or around the premises.

COVID-19 Compliance

Our Christmas Experience follows government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing - as outlined below:

12. The event will comply with COVID-19 guidelines at the time of the event and will be updated accordingly. 

13. Please use hand sanitiser upon arrival and throughout the event.

14. Distance yourself at least 2 metres (6 feet) away from other people.

15. Respect social distancing.

16. Face masks must be worn at all times inside buildings, exceptions will be made for photographs with Father Christmas.

17. We will have dedicated staff members who will continually sanitize touch points throughout the event so please be patient with them.

Additional Health & Safety Guidelines

18. Due to a Land Train operating in the event vicinity, children must be supervised at all times.

19. Please don’t feed or touch the animals.

20. Children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian at all times.

21. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

22. Smoking will be limited to designated areas.
