Visiting Glenarm Castle During COVID-19

Visiting Us During COVID-19

Further easing of restrictions have allowed us to re-open our visitor attraction. We are open 7 days a week, from 10am – 4pm. Our Tea Room has also reopened for takeaway’s only but with a limited offering in the short-term. The Byre and Shambles Workshop has also now re-opened.

Spending time outdoors is good for our health and we are delighted to have been able to re-open. However social responsibility is essential for ALL our health therefore we would ask that you follow and adhere to the following ‘Visit Safe’ steps and guidelines when visiting:

  • Do not visit if showing symptoms of COVID19 or have been in recent contact with those who have it.
  • Hand Sanitise hands upon arrival and try not to touch any surfaces.
  • Respect social distancing.
  • Distance yourself at least 2 metres (6 feet) away from other people.
  • Small group sizes should be kept to a minimum (1 other person from another household only)
  • Avoid an area if it looks busy and go somewhere else for your walk

As N.Ireland progresses through the 5-step plan of further easing the lock-down, we envisage normal opening hours for all estate activity to resume.

We thank you for your patience at this time and we hope you will enjoy the peace and tranquility of our Walled Garden during these unprecedented times.
